I just received the following information today:

     "An Internet mailing list (sometimes referred to as a
     Listerv) has been established for Follett customers on
     the Internet.  This mailing list, (follett-talk), is
     designed to create an Internet discussion group which
     serves Follett customers only.

     To subscribe to follett-talk, customers will have to
     send the following in the body (not the subject line)
     of an e-mail message to:

     "Majordomo@fsc.follett.com":

     subscribe follett-talk
     end
     Name and address
     Your customer number            Example: 00-00011"
