iCD simulation

New to this list and wondering if anyone has used the CD-ROM club iCD which
has something similiar to an internet simulation as a teaching tool? Want
to know how it was used? Did you interface with a TV monitor for full class
instruction?? Is it worth our $$ and time? We are an elementary school
