Dear  LM_Netters:
We have an opening for a high school librarian at Lomira High School.
Lomira is about 10 miles south of Fond du Lac, on highway 41.
We are looking for someone who is committed to integrating the curriculum
and the library.  We have a 200 station LAN, CD-ROMS such as SIRS and the
Readers Guide on the network,internet access over a 56 K line, and our
libraries are automated with Dynix (which is also on the network).  This
person would have significant responsibilites with technology, and so
should be quite comfortable with computers.

Our former librarian has found another job closer to her home, and of
course with school starting so soon (Aug. 23) we need a replacement right
away.

On a personal note, I am the elementary librarian in this district, and I
love it.  We have a close, small-town atmosphere, and a very supportive
administration.  I have flex scheduling, and both the high school librarian
and myself were able to attend several conferences last year, at district
expense.
