LM_NET: Library Media Networking
I have been asked by our 6th grade science teacher for a science fiction
book that she could read to her classes - geared to lower middle school -
that would include space travel, and a lot of the vocabulary related to her
unit on space. She was told that there are two books by Jules Verne, one
about a trip to the moon and the other about a trip behind the moon.
Anyone familiar with these? Are they appropriate for 6th graders? Do you
know of a story where the author has made predicitons and they have come
true (regarding space exploration). Anything that is along this line,
would be helpful. Need books still in print if possible, Also titles,
author, and any information for ordering. You help will be greatly
