GEN: The Indomitable Teddy Roosevelt video

Dear LMNetter's:

        We are looking to purchase the videotape The Indomitable Teddy
Roosevelt.  It is produced by Anacap and distributed by Churchill Films.
However, when we tried to telephone Churchill Films, their telephone had
been disconnected with no new number. Is anyone familiar with the video and
could give us ordering information for it?
