Pamphlet by Michener

Comrades:
  I am looking for a pamphlet called "About Centennial:  Some notes on
the Novel."  It is written by Michener himself and supposedly is or was
free to libraries.  Anybody have it or have access to it?  I would love
to have it faxed to me (if not too long) or a source given.  Thanks.
