Tech: Netscape, Java, etc.

I was under the impression that if you have Netscape 2.0 you could view
Java applets.  I downloaded 2.0beta6, but I don't get it!!!!HELP.  I
obviously am not understanding a chunk here!!

Also, we are getting three more modem ports and Internet accounts.  We
have Maccontrol.  How do we set up the Netscape so that students can not
add bookmarks to the existing Netscape, but must download them to a disk.

Also, I don't quite understand how to add bookmarks where you want them
on the bookmark list with Netscape 2.0.  I see that you can click and
drag.  With 1.2 you could put your cursor where you wanted the new
bookmark and then add it.  Please more help!!  TIA, Michele
