Subject: Job description for a technician assistant

Our district has recently indicated that they will be hiring a part-time
library technical assistant as the demands of technology are overwhelming us at
the high school level.  Right now we have a full-time library media assistant
plus one credentialed librarian.  The technical assistant would help with all
aspects of technology in troubleshooting, set-up, inventory, student
assistance, etc.  Do any of you have an assistant with a similar duty
description?  I would really appreciate an immediate response to me personally
at mboyce@cello.gina.calstate.edu or by FAX at 714-997-0767 as an immediate
response was requested by our administration.  And we do not want an offer like
this to fly away!  It seems like a dream come true.  Thank you.
