LM_NET: Library Media Networking

My school has just setup a network for the school that I am the
administrator of. We are using Novell 4.1. I really could use some help.
My tech support and I just don't seem to be communicating well. If anyone
out there could help me with some very simple questions you would help a
desperate media specialist from losing her marbles.
