Population, Please?

I'm taking a telecommunications class and need to receive an e-mail
answer to the following question:  What is the population of Oxford,
Mississippi?  It would be so simple to consult an almanac, but, alas,
that reference tool is off limits to me...my instructor wants an e-mail
response.
