TECH: sticky keys on Powerbook

The principal returned his Mac Powerbook this summer.  The keys continually
stick.  As he says it could be a postive...since he can't type the "F" word
now!!  I have pulled the keys off and have cleaned the surface of the
keyboard as well as trying to clean out the keys themselves. I used alcohal
and a cotton swab. Although the problem is better, the keys still stick
intermittantly.  Seems this is a problem which I should be able to solve
myself  Any suggestions are welcomed.
