Serials listserv

One of our university librarians mentioned that she has been searching for
a listserv which would serve serials librarians, but has not come up with
just what she is looking for.  I'm hoping that some of you who work at the
university level might give me some leads.  She would like to post a survey
on it which would assist our university in making some adjustments in their
serials operations.  Thanks for your help.
