Lamington info

I would like to thank everyone who replied to my message about lamington,
one of the foods eaten by Grandma Poss and Hush in Mem Fox's "Possum
Magic."  Not only did I get great information as well as recipes, but have
also made many new friends.  LM_NET is great!

Lamington is a basic butter cake, which is cut into small squres, dipped in
chocolate sauce and rolled in coconut.  In Australia, it is a favorite food
for fundraisers.
