I think it is worth the money, esp. if you do not have access to a number of
CD-ROMs.  If you have students doing high powered or primary research it is
invaluable.  In fact they are always adding data bases and seem to have
 quite an array of field of endeavor.

You will have to do lots of training with students and have them narrow their
topics off line if you can.  This is good practice for any searching thopugh
and will certainly help any HS students...not for MS or elem for sure.
