Packing it all up!

Our renovation will begin in August - great timing, huh?
The entire media center has to be packed up before I leave town for two
weeks the end of July.  Exceptions to packing is the AV equipment which
we will assign to various classrooms and departments, a bare reference
collection, and our Electronic Bookshelf collection (about 600
paperbacks, mostly fiction).  I have written a letter to the teachers
asking them what they cannot do without for the first 9 weeks or so.
Has anyone else had to pack up a library media center?  Any
suggestions?
