REF: History of women's swimwear

Thank you for the many responses I received recently regarding patterns for
historic costumes.

Now we need to do some research on the history of women's swimwear. We've
located a couple of costume books with a short paragraph on swimwear of the
1890's. Does anyone know any sources of information on the history of
swimwear in general?

This group has been a great help whenever I've had a question. TIA for this
as well.
