TARGET: Book Challenges

I just began a new position as LMS in January in a district which has no
materials selection policy. I would like to begin preparing one and believe
the process would go better if I had some statistics to back up my position
that we should have a board approved policy in place. I would like to
gather information about how many places had challenges, if they had
policies in place, and what the outcome of the challenge was. I will post a
hit compiling your responses. Thanks in advance.
