Email Connection Software?

If anyone is using Email Connection software by Connectsoft (for pc's) can
you answer two questions for me?

1. Is there any way to set up a signature file? (I've looked everywhere)

2. Why do the messages I send out go directly to trash and not the OUTBOX?
(I've looked in Preferences to see if I can get them to go to the Outbox to
no avail).
