Hello Group,

We had a similar contest a couple of years ago.  One of our rules was
that the design had to be one that could be *colored* in by students --
you know, an outline type of drawing.  (We didn't have access to a
colored printer at the time.)  Each student could color his/her own.

Also, our central office has a copier that will copy to tag board instead
of paper.  I bought some packages of white tag board (8.5Xll) and taped 5
(I think) winning bookmarks to a page.  Central office then ran copies
for us.
