Dear LM_NETTERS,

I am  about to graduate from the MLIS program at University of
NC-Greensboro. I have 17 years of teaching experience and I am preparing a
paper on the role the building administrator / principal  and it's effect
on the media specialist and the media center. I BELIEVE THAT A GOOD WORKING
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SPECIALIST AND THE PRINCIPAL ( AS WELL AS THE
FACULTY) IS CRITICAL  FOR YOU TO INSTITUTE AND ACCOMPLISH GOALS FOR YOUR
MEDIA CENTER. Any thoughts out there?  I would appreciate your ideas and
experiences. Many heads are better than one.
