GEN: help with poem

Dear LM_Netters,
        While working on a poetry unit this morning, I started searching
for a poem that goes something like "the pickety fence, the pickety fence,
give it a lick it's a pickety fence".  Does anyone know this poem, the
author, the title?
It's driving me CRAZY!  I know someone out there will be able to help me.
