HELP! I have a meeting tomorrow with district officials about installing
a security system in our new middle school library. We have been
planning to install one, but now a few people have said that middle
schoolers play tricks on each other, trying to make the alarm go off on
some unsuspecting soul. Now, I don't know whether the system would be
worth having or not. We probably loose around $1000 - 1500 worth of
books each year, but I don't want to induce mischievous behavior. What
are your suggestions? Do you use one in your middle school? If so, what
is your recommendation? We will probably go with the 3M system if we
decide to go ahead with our plans.
