I also have to wonder if she has actually had the opportunity to sit
down and REALLY do the research she's talking about??? Yes. No longer
do you have hundreds of books staring you in the face. Now you have
thousands of web sites staring you in the face, some of which were
created by Joe and his cousin Moe.

I've found the Internet to be an invaluable addition and extension
to our small, rural library collection but I haven't found that it
is easier (except that I can do it at night when the kids are in
bed)  or quicker... (except that we often times have the materials
in our hands after we find them vs waiting for interlibrary loans
that may or may not arrive in time).
