LM_NET: Library Media Networking
A Mac compatible prioduct which does this is Vicom Internet Gateway.

It had a good review in a recent Mac magazine. It runs on one old Mac (even
an old 68020 will do) which seems to act assserver to the others. I haven't
used it myself but it was reviewd well.
