HS: multicultural project

Dear 'Netters,

Our teacher of Business English has come up with a wonderful project
for her seniors: they will choose a culture and research it, learning
as much as they can about the country and its customs, and how they
have transferred to this country. Her premise is that our graduates
will have to work with people from all cultures and must learn to
understand the differences and similarities.

Do you have any wonderful book suggestions, have you done anything like
this? I have plenty of time, but want to be prepared.
