TARGET-> High School/Periodical budget

Good morning, my name is David Matthews. I would like to TARGET high
school periodical budgets.  I want to determine how much money per
student the average high school receives/spends on periodicals.  If
you have a separate budget for microfiche products (ie. Proquest)
please list this separately from your magazine/newspaper budget.

If people respond to me, I'll compile the respones and post a HIT.
