Target: Reading Skills for Electronic Resources

Hello LM_Netters,
     I have been asked to speak to a group of student teachers about what
reading skills are necessary to use electronic resources effectively.  I have
some ideas, thanks to my local colleagues, but would appreciate ideas from this
knowledgeable group.  I'll post a hit if there's any interest.  Thanks!
