GEN: Baggy pants

At a recent in-service the speaker (Carole Fury) told us that baggy pants
were a prison thing signifying "easy access." Don't know if this is true
or not, but this is what she told her students to get them to hike up
their pants. Sorry if this is a bit crude or if anybody is offended, but
there you have it!
