TARGET: St. Anthony's Messenger 1967

Dear Colleagues,
        Wonderful group who seems to know everything, I am
trying to track down "yesterday" an article in the periodical
St. Anthony's Messenger. It was in the February issue, 1967
+ or - a year, entitled "Last American in Bulgaria" or
something close to that.  The subject of the article was
Anne Laughlin, director of the UNICEF mission in Bulgaria.
I would pay dearly for a copy of the article.
        This is a long shot, but if anyone can help, it will be
someone in this group.  Thank you.
