Kodak Digital Cameras

After contacting Eastman Kodak about their digital cameras and customer
service problems, which had been mentioned on the listserv, I received a
reply from the head of digital camera customer support.  Just to pass along
some information, you may be interested to note that:

        1. Ports are being added to make it easier for customers with
problems to get help
        2.  Policies and procedures are being reviewed for better customer
convenience
        3.  AC adapters for the Kodak digital cameras are different from
what can be purchased over the counter due to specialty
:
features     a. Universal power supply
                                        b. Surge Suppression
                                        c. High Current Supply
                                        d. Voltage is scaleable to product
        4.  They're in the process of adding a FAQ to their website to give
more information about these power supplies
