Tyr talking to Dan Barron - head of school library media at University of
South Carolina or somebody at the University of Arizona.  USC does a lot of
distance ed...which might work and I think you can get a whole degree at UA
through distance ed...they are both on the web.  USC has a 1-800 phone
number which I can send to you ...don't know if it works as far away as
GUam though!!
