ELEM: CD's of Presidents?

Has anyone ever purchased/used either of these CD-ROMS? I'd like your
input. I have the opportunity to buy them for less than $15 each, and am
wondering if it is worth it. I especially need to know the grade level
appropriateness of each. Thanks!

SoftBooks presents "The Presidents" (this one covers through Clinton) and
"Portraits of American Presidents" (what's the date on this one?)
