Multiage classrooms

Our school is investigating the concept of multi-age classrooms and is
seeking input from others who have tried or are using this model.  I'm not
sure we know enough yet to know what questions to ask, but our K-5
teachers are especially interested in the following:
        1.  Are you using one classroom with multi age children or
                two or more grades with teachers who team together?
        2.  What grade levels are involved?
        3.  What do you like about this model?
        4.  What don't you like (or hasn't worked) with this model?
        5.  How are children/teachers selected for this model?
        6.  What options are available for those students/parents who
                decide they don't like the program?
        7.  What has parent response been?
