SEC: Penpal needed for CP Student

Good Morning:

I have a student who is a junior with severe CP and some mental
retardation.  He is on about a 4th grade reading level but quite bright.
 His interests are go-carts, Dallas Cowboys and listens to books on tape,
especially fond of westerns.  He would like to correspond through e-mail
with another student that has some of the same interests.

I have just got him interested in Internet which he can manipulate well.
 Now he has asked me to find someone to correspond with him.
