TARGET: Resources for stats and graphs

A science teacher in my building wants:

1. A  MAC computer program that creates graphs for science data
presentations
        NOT one that is part of an integrated program such as Microsoft
Works or

ClarisWorks)

2. A resource for instruction of statistics for experimental data analysis
(such
        as T-tests) to be used with high school sophomores

Any suggestions for a former English teacher? TIA
