Book Title/Publisher/Where to obtain

A teacher has asked me to locate a book she believes is titled "Stories
with Holes".  Her grandchild said her fourth grade teacher uses the
stories to encourage creative thinking (?).  One of the examples she gave
me was--You walk into a room and discover a dead man (murdered) and 52
bicycles--who might have done this and what may have been the
circumstances leading to the death?  Any help out there?  TIA
