A-V recommendations

I am needing to purchase some new a-v equipment--primarily
overhead projectors and cassette recorders.  I would like to
hear what brands (and model numbers) you have found to hold
up well for classroom use.  We have a real assortment of
equipment--some good, some not so good.  I would really
appreciate your suggestions.  Thanks so much!
