GEN : Citation pages

Good morning,
   A teacher taking a graduate course obtained some journal articles from
Ebsco online.  The citation as printed lists the starting page and number
of pages in the original article.  Her professor will not accept the use of
the articles unless she can cite the actual original page number.  Any
suggestions on how to figure that out?
