Dear Netters, Has anyone heard any specific reports of libraries getting flooded in Ft. Collins? I heard a TV news report saying the Colorado State University was under four feet of water. I am wondering also about school libraries and if there was damage to any. Surely someone out there has some reports. I have a friend whose family lives in Ft. Collins and she has been unable to reach them, the damage is so extensive. Also is anyone aware of an emergency Colorado library aid fund to help damaged libraries, either with book contributions or, perhaps better, cash donations? Seems like there could be something some us could to do... Any ideas? *****Carpe Libris***** Margaret Schimmels megschimme@feist.com Library Media Specialist Wichita Public Schools Wichita, Kansas =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= To quit LM_NET (or set NOMAIL or DIGEST), Send an email message to: listserv@listserv.syr.edu In the message write either: 1) SIGNOFF LM_NET or 2) SET LM_NET NOMAIL or 3) SET LM_NET DIGEST For more help see LM_NET On The Web: http://ericir.syr.edu/lm_net/ =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
