Targer:Gen: Universities with a distance learning center

The business teacher at our middle school would like to find a list of colleges
or universities that offer some kind of distance learning program.  We are
located in Germany making it hard to attend evening or weekend college classes
in a variety of subjects.

I would post a hit if there are some good responses.
