ADMIN: Lost Materials

Perhaps it is just an overseas phenomenon, but I got clued in when I was
told by a student that some of them kept the books because it was simpler
than going to a bookstore.  Also was told that many overdues were as a
cheaper than buying their own copy.  A change in charges - to the total cost
of replacement + 30 per cent - quickly got many returns, especially from
