We just had a wonderful author/illustrator come to our school to
speak. Dominic Catalano. He is from Oswego, NY and does a great job with
kids, k-6. He has written and Illus. "Wolf plays alone" and illustrated
many others...His latest ones are "Bernard's Bath" and "Merry Christmas,
Old Armadillo" If you are looking for someone affordable contact him. He
does an air brush demo which the kids are entralled with. He had a group of
Kdg, students listening to him after they had been in gym for 40 min!!!!
My third and fourth graders were spellbound as were the fifth and
sixth graders. It was their 2nd time to hear him, but they were extremely
attentive.
