web page management

I would like to know if anyone else has run into the problem we're
having at my school.  A parent graciously put up a web page for the
school & now is posting whatever he wants without school approval, on
the web page under the school name.  The principal doesn't like it but
won't confront him about it.  Has anyone been down this road before?
