Greetings LM_NETters!

The Weed of the Month web pages on March's topic of Cookery have
been posted at the following URL:

Many thanks to lm_netters who sent suggestions of titles to consider for
purchase. These are indicated by a graphic of a rolling.Be sure and check out
the comments from lm_netters Eric Sharf and Kate Kelton under the "reader
comments" section of the menu bar.

If you have examined your school's Cookery collection and found an
awful title please email me at the address below and we will add it to
the list (without your name!). The same goes for terrific new titles
you would like others to discover. We'd love to see more suggested titles in
both categories!

The Cookbooks to Read thread on lm_net recently has been delightful! However,
we could not tell which titles were current and appropriate for school
libraries. If you shared a title with the group, and it is both current and
good for a school collection, please email me with the title, publication date
and ISBN and we will add it to our list.

To recap the Weed of the Month process: we ANNOUNCE a topic each month
to lm_net, then we WEED our collections and send comments or
suggestions, then we POST the web pages on that topic at the beginning
of the next month.

It does not matter how many books you may have, but whether they are
good or not. Lucius Annaeus SENECA (3 B.C.-65 A.D.)
