We had a parent object to Briar Rose by Jane Yolen being on a list of =
recommended books for 8th grade as part of a historical fiction unit on =
war experiences.  This book appears on many recommended lists but I =
wondered if anyone had any specific reviews or just thoughts pro or con =
on this title.  Thank you.
