GEN: Re: Teacher Internet sites (and e-mail addressing, etc.)

Dear LM_NET Colleagues,

The message from LaVerne below points out the need for including your
e-mail address (correctly typed) in the body of your message. Prefereably,
it would be included in an automated "signature" file, which is always
inserted into your messages. Most e-mail software includes a way to create
a signature file. Your e-mail service provider (or software manual) should
offer some guidance on how to create one.

LM_NET recommends this format. In nay event, you should be sure to
include your:
 1.  Name, Occupation/Job Title          Jo Booksworth, Librarian
 2.  Worksite                            Best School, Bestville, CA
 3.  e-mail address                      JBOOKSWORTH@BEST.K12.CA.US
