I finally have to respond to this thread.  I loved Jody's comments about
coaches not having to be good at a sport to coach it.  This is so true.
I have been a librarian for 24 years.  I wanted to be a librarian from
the age of 7.  I do not love to read, though I do read.  What I love to
do is organize.  I also love to help students find information.  My
staff has always appreciated my organizational skills and know they can
always call on me to know where things are (sometimes in the entire
school, not just the library).  The job of a librarian is so varied.
That's what I love.
