Dear librarians, As per Betsy Allred question about Block Scheduling, our principal also wants to go to Block Scheduling. What I would like to know from those of you who are in block scheduling: 1. How does it effect the library? 2. Do you have more students or fewer students using the library? 3. Effects on library budget? 4. Scheduling classes into the library? 5. What different resources do you need, if any? As usual, I will post a hit if I receive enough answers. Thanks, Jean *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Jean Bickel, High School Librarian JBickel@jtasd.k12.pa.us http://www.jtasd.k12.pa.us/highschool/library/index.htm Research, in whatever form, goes better with the help of a librarian! *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= To quit LM_NET (or set NOMAIL or DIGEST), Send an email message to listserv@listserv.syr.edu In the message write EITHER: 1) SIGNOFF LM_NET 2) SET LM_NET NOMAIL or 3) SET LM_NET DIGEST * NOTE: Please allow time for confirmation from Listserv.
