Hello Friends!
I am thinking about an upgrade to WIN98 from WIN 95 on my machine at home.
I presently use Netscape at home and school, but the school is switching
to Internet Explorer as part of the process of providing the internet for
all the classrooms this year. Someone suggested that if I was going to get
Internet Explorer at home (I only have an old version on my machine right
now) that I might want to consider upgrading to 98. What are the pros and
cons? Would 98 be compatible with Microsoft Office that I have on the
machine now? What about other software packages that I have? How easy is
it to install? I'm pretty "technologically challenged" so I'm not sure if
I should attempt this or not.
Just thought I'd get some words of wisdom from the experts! Thanks for
any advice!
