Posters and out of print book

I have just accepted a position as a media specialist at a K-8 school.
After seeing the media center, I find that it's barren walls could use some
help.  Since this is my first position as a media specialist, I am not sure
where to go to look for everything I need.  I would like to make it look
more welcoming.  Does anyone know where I might find some free or
inexpensive posters that would dress the media center for the kids before
they come back to school.

Also, my daughter is looking for a hard bound copy of "Ender's Game" by
Orson Scott Card.  The hard cover editions are now out of print.  Does
anyone know where I might be able to purchase a new or used hard cover
edition?  Thank you in advance for your help.
